Time to empty that wish list!

I'm TOTALLY participating in the Back to School TpT sale. It's timing is perfect because the sale on TpT is August 4th-5th. Well, those are our two teacher work days and my wish list is full. They should really put a max on that thing...but then I'd be sad.

So I'll be shopping, printing, and laminating preparing for my new batch of firsties. Right now I'm hovering around 22/23 kiddos but that always fluctuates.

Here are some of my best BTS sellers:

All Things Chevron
You can still get these items individually but I've decided to bundle them ALL. Buy in 'bulk' and save. (I totally just got a Sam's Club membership--can you tell?!)

It'll look better on my white wall at school but here's my birthday board!

have any kiddo birthdays in those months.
When I print their pictures next year I think I'm going to hang up a fun background. My navy blue door doesn't pop! (it was the only kinda solid colored thing that was at their level, lol)

No, I don't have a Pirate room but one of my work-besties does so I revamped what I made her.

Freebie & Giveaway Blog Hop

Hey! I'm hopping in with Teaching Blog Roundup for a giveaway and some freebies!

Right now summer breaks are going to start winding down for many of us and August is creeping closer and closer. So us bloggers at Teaching Blog Roundup decided to help make these dog days of summer a bit more bearable.
HOP ON OVER

The winner from my giveaway will get their choice of BTS items.

My freebie is a Birthday Freebie! I'm kinda stuck on this chevron color scheme I have going. I bought some swirly fun straws at the Dollar Tree

I'm going to attach one of these tags to them and give them to the birthday kiddos! They can also be made into badges or attached to Pixi Stix, pencils, suckers, etc.

They match my book basket & classroom labels:

Throwback Thursday freebie

Hey! It's Thursday again, can you believe it? I'm at school today sorting our new reading series materials. Don't worry, I didn't forget about Cara's fun linky!

Here's a post from Aug. 2012. (the freebie file was updated to reflect suggestions) These crates were very helpful when parents brought in supplies for Meet the Teacher night!

On the first day of school (or Open House if it's before school begins) every teacher has that job of deciding where communal supplies that the kids bring in should go. I created some signs for my crates so the parents could put the item items in the appropriate spot and I could put them away at my convenience.

There are 6 typed signs and one blank sign.

If you have suggestions on more wording for communal items leave them in a comment and I'll try to make some of them.

some of mine laminated
I just taped them to the crate
