My last Friday of the school year!

We have 3 more student days and 4 more teacher days. It's bittersweet. This is probably the best class I've had in a long time...maybe ever. And there are only 16 of them. I am already speculated to have 20+ next year. (My official guess-->23)

Anywho.

Five for Friday!!

1. Tuesday
I ordered a shirt for the other first grade teacher and myself. I ordered them on Saturday afternoon and I got them Tuesday. Talk about some amazing shipping!

2. Wednesday
First Grade Circus!!! I've talked about this on my blog and #Instagram. Each year (for the last 20 something years) the first grade teachers take all of the first graders and assign them 'acts' and we perform a circus. Well our performance was Wednesday. We do one in the morning for the school and one in the afternoon for parents. It was great. I was in charge of hula hoopers and basketball players. Can I hula hoop? Nope. Am I great at basketball? Nope. lol.

The morning of the circus I had to do a wardrobe change for a gymnast. I found a 'tutu' and pinned it to this  leotard. When she performed you couldn't even tell that it wasn't made just for that leotard!

3. Thursday
I'm an aunt again! Baby P was born late last night.

I was at the hospital late and didn't get home until around midnight. Which made for a very tired teacher the next day (today).

Only a few hours of sleep really was rough in the morning when I had to get up and get ready to...

4. Friday
....go to the zoo! Somehow we got approved to take a field trip 5 days before school was out. It was quite chilly when we first got there but it turned into weather perfection for wandering around the zoo to see the animals.

5. Saturday
Well, seeings that it is Friday evening I'm just going to tell you what my plans are tomorrow.
Aunt B (that's what my other nephews dubbed me) will be heading back to the hospital to gobble up baby holding time with Baby P. #GreedyAuntB

This is coming kinda late but I am now exhausted!
